Finnish author and nature photographer Harri Ahonen will come to [the name of the place and time] and give a lecture and showing pictures about hiking routes and hiking culture in Northern Scandinavia.
The hiking possibilities are excellent in Northern Scandinavia: several thousands of kilometers marked routes, which goes through the old forests, steep hillsides, big swamps and beautiful mountains.
In northern Finland, Sweden and Norway has also an unique hiking-hut system on which and other hiking related things like river-crossings will be told in the presentation.
Harri Ahonen has written three books so far. Fourth will be published in April 2019. The two first books has been published in Finland and in Germany. The books covers the hiking routes both in Northern Scandinavia and Middle Scandinavia. The third book handles the coastal routes in Northern Norway. The title of the fourth book is yet secret but easy to think thru.
